What we store. When you write a review we save your rating, your text, the name you choose to enter (optional) and an anonymous browser identifier used only to prevent duplicate reviews. When a local proposes or edits a place, its details are saved. Your role and preferences stay in your browser (localStorage).
Where. Data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU (Ireland). No advertising, no profiling, no third-party trackers. Map tiles are served by CARTO / OpenStreetMap, which receive standard technical requests (e.g. IP address).
Your location. If you tap the π button and allow it, your position is used only on your device to centre the map and sort places by distance. It is never stored or transmitted.
